On average, most orders will ship in 2–5 business days. We offer expedited and next day shipping options at checkout. Certain custom or speciality contact lenses may require longer production times. We will never ask you to enter your prescription numbers. You can upload a copy of your contact lens exam and our state-licensed optical experts will make sure you receive the correct prescription with your order.

We're glad you asked — simply tell us how much of a contact lens supply you would like, upload your prescription and we'll send you an invoice to complete your purchase. Easy as that!

Our customers love using their insurance with us, it's a great way to double-dip your savings on contacts. Simply request to use your insurance at checkout. Once your order ships, we will send you an itemized receipt you can use to bill your insurance company for reimbursement of any contact lens benefits you may have.
