Shipping policy

At Docs Contacts, we make getting your lenses fast and stress-free. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days once your prescription is verified and payment is confirmed and most orders will ship within 2-7 business days.

We offer many shipping options including direct from manufacturer and expedited shipping. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, your location and the carrier. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders for contact lenses. We currently ship within the United States and APO/FPO addresses.

Because contact lenses are FDA-regulated medical devices, we’re required by law to verify your prescription before shipping. Please ensure your prescription information is valid and correct and your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
