Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, date of birth (if needed to verify prescriptions/age).
Account & Orders: login credentials, order history, preferences.
Prescription & Doctor Info: prescription details, eye-care provider information, images you upload (e.g., prescription photos).
Payment: payment card details are processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Communications: emails, chat, SMS (where applicable), and survey responses.

Device/Usage: IP address, cookie IDs, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring/exit URLs, timestamps.
